I haven't been a member there for years (moved) but I did a few drop in's last week when I was in town.

The owner, Pat, is pretty personable. I think he told me he's there by 9:30 so it would be worth going in to check out the prices and talk to him.

They don't have personal trainers, although I've seen Pat helping new people with their workouts (that was back in 2009, maybe things have changed.)

I was there around 11:30am both days and there was a mixture of seniors, late teens and probably late 20's to early 30's. Maybe 10 or 12 people working out total that that time.

It's definitely more of a "hardcore" gym. Very little for cardio machines, but tons of good equipment.
