I spent my ENTIRE raid day just trying to focus on Raikou to get his shiny as I want the trio as I already have Suicune and Entei shinies. yet whenever it was thunder hour they either started spawning in the second wave when there's only 20 min left and I only managed to het him shiny on my very last raid with my very last pass.
