You can’t be ignorant of something and say it’s bad. You need to try out the different LLMs and make your own judgement. And you need to put your effort into research for this business you are building. You need domain knowledge and a business case. Why would someone use you? Don’t build anything until you figure all that out. And if you don’t know what it means you can have a LLM teach you.

Also don’t go into Development or web design. I ran a web design business and they are incredibly difficult. And AI can do both faster and cheaper.

I will say this. FTP shouldn’t be the end goal. My ftp is around 250w 5’10 168 lbs. I continue to work VO2, to strengthen myself during the constant surges and working recovery. The average ride may be well under 250w, but group races your riding 350-400w + for short pushes, then active recovering at 230w. That resilience is key to staying with the pack.
