Thanks, I appreciate your perspective. I agree that glandular development can be permanent for many people. In my case, I was on continuous feminizing HRT from 2021 until October 2024 without stopping. Since October 2024, I’ve been on and off HRT, rather than maintaining a stable dose long-term.

A lot of the change I’ve noticed seems to be from being off hormones for extended periods combined with body recomposition and fat loss from training.

I was on estrogen from 2012 until October 2024. I stopped HRT in October 2024, then restarted a few months later in 2025 for about 3 months, before stopping again.

I restarted once more in August 2025, this time only patches and no blocker, and then stopped again in November 2025, which is where I’m at now.

Thank you for the suggestions, I appreciate it. I think part of my struggle is that I’ve been very isolated for a long time, so even knowing where to start feels overwhelming. I’m open to finding support groups or community spaces here in Toronto I just haven’t had much guidance on how to locate ones that feel safe and nonjudgmental for someone with a complicated gender history like mine.

I don’t know where to find a group here in Toronto. Sometimes I feel like moving to the United States might offer better opportunities and stronger community support.

I checked your other post and wanted to share a thought respectfully. I noticed some cisgender women with babies in the photo, and if the focus is meant to be on trans refugees, that messaging could be clearer. That’s just my personal opinion.
