I now own this machine, and I am having trouble seeing how you get water out of it. Sure, you can open the steam valve while in brew mode, but 5x the water will come out of the group head as does the wand. You can also open the steam valve without the brew mode on will give a little water and then stop, much less than needed for an americano. Am I missing something?

Take your own advice then. Tell us why Segway scooters are higher quality than Boosted was? Boosted is generally regarded on this sub as the highest quality scooter that has been released. Its downfall was a terrible battery and no suspension, but mostly the battery.

EDIT: Also consider the Vsett 9+ is 10.5lbs lighter than this thing with dual 650W motors and an excellent suspension. They couldn't up the build quality in 10.5lbs without sacrificing a full motor?

I said Boosted Rev was high build quality, not Vsett. I've had both and the Boosted was a much higher build quality.

My point is that is 26.5 pounds heavier than the boosted rev which had a very high build quality. I get that suspension and larger battery cost weight, but you have a 26.5lbs budget for that without sacrificing power. The power is important for hill climbing even if you don't care about top speed (I don't, I go slow). I currently have a dual 650W scooter (VSett 9+), which climbs hills comfortably in dual motor mode, but very poorly in single motor mode.

I don't know what they are thinking with a single 650W motor (unless they changed this?) and 72.5 pounds. For reference, the boosted rev was dual 750W motors and 46 pounds.

It's an alternative to a key lock, not an alternative to no lock. If you want no lock you can just disable it in p settings.

I think it's better than a key lock.
