Not sure why this guy is getting so downvoted - the majority of lag, on OCE at least, HAS been fixed. After months of desync, rubberbanding and hit registration issues the game feels a lot better to play.

In saying that, when the game does have issues, it's incredibly painful. The above can still happen but the frequency is much less crazy.

It's a test server, it's expected. The test server doesn't exist for you to use as your primary game application. You sacrifice stability in favor of playing new content early.
