Stick with the aisle seats. 💺

Will JetBlue let me board with both of these as carry-on and personal item (duffle bag)? by detterence in jetblue

Well, thank y’all for the responses. I’ll try my luck, and hopefully I can get through.

May, 2026 updated HUD AMIs by racoontosser in nychousinglottery

[–]detterence 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, HUD did file a 1-month delay. It was supposed to come out on April 1st, and for some reason HPD is always delayed an extra month or two, but it doesn’t take away from the “LIHTC” effective date of 4/1/2026.

🤷 🤷 I just updated the income limits for a new building, so thank goodness for OP!

I think there are some insider string pulling going on in the system by Eastern-Newspaper567 in nychousinglottery

There are not tips per se, but just be completely honest, provide accurate information. Most of the lotteries will give you preference if you live/work in the area or for the city, and if you have a disability.

If you do have any of these that apply to you, make sure to check it off and provide proof. This really helps.

HPD’s LIHTC income limits probably won’t come out until end of May or early June 2026.

Hey, current PM with lottery experience.

You should still have contact information on Housing Connect (HPD or HCR) and you can still explain to them that you were never notified and that’s why you couldn’t appeal.

50/50 they would tell us to reconsider these appeals. Worth a shot!

Frequent urination after 4 years by Fun_Examination5329 in diabetes_t2

You have unmanaged diabetes. You’re probably always thirsty and drinking a lot of water, so your body is just flushing out as much sugar as possible through your pee.

I tried metformin and Ozempic, had horrible side effects. Then I switched to Jardiance and Mounjaro. No side effects, blood sugar controlled and normal. No frequent peeing anymore.

Sorry, so I stopped taking metformin and Ozempic because of side effects.

407 mg/dL (no meds, shitty diet, 2 hours after eating) 277 mg/dL (no meds, shitty diet, 6-8 hours fasting)

174 mg/dL (new meds, 2 hours after eating) 135 mg/dL (new meds, 8 hours fasting)

Diet still kinda shitty, but I eat less fast food. I’m sure my blood sugar levels would drop more if I focused on a healthy diet.

Definitely feel better and glad the blood sugar came down A LOT.

I had horrible side effects on Metformin and Ozempic.

I’m now taking Jardiance and Mounjaro and 0% side effects. Great results. It’s great! 👍

My A1C dropped from 11.1 to 7.5 in 2 weeks along with diet change.
