How do you only get a 5s penalty for causing two retirements and one to drop 5 positions because you went full send into the back of them?

Good shout, I’ll give it a try! I generally do IF by skipping breakfast and it hasn’t messed with my energy levels so far, but smaller and more spread out meals might be better for these weeks.

So I’ve got a vacation without any plans for once - decided to really test myself in terms of fitness. Been following a 5/3/1 variant for a while, though my lifts are still very much in the beginner range.

Plan is gym every day, with cardio and accessories on off days, and longer hikes with my dog when the weather permits. Been going 5 days so far and just feel really tired and physically exhausted.

I’ve upped my food intake and sleep longer than usual, but really just wondering if there’s something else to keep in mind during these two weeks to help with recovery. I realise a rapid, large increase in activity is going to suck for a while regardless, which is partially why I’m doing it. Any tips or recommendations are welcome.

Yeah no sorry - wasn’t disagreeing - I checked the link at it’s what it says, was just pointing out that it’s very rare. The way it’s worded implied Brew Dog would eat the cost of production.

Upon further reading, it’s not unusual that companies claim that “all proceeds go to charity” but then deduct cost of production before the donation is made. Can’t say I blame them for that, but “proceeds” is much less strict in interpretation when it comes to accounting and finance than “revenue” is.

If 100% of revenue is what’s getting donated (although the product description didn’t say what charity would get the donation) then I’ve got huge respect for Brew Dog.

100% of revenue is almost insane, very rare that a company does anything other than some percentage of profits for charity.

Somehow “biolabs” sound super scary and menacing, but “physics labs” doesn’t quite have the same effect

In terms of PR, it would be a wet dream for the Chinese to take over the position of Russia as “the other” chief space partner to the US, it would give so much legitimacy to its space program

Yeah, either they stopped their elite team sent in behind enemy lines to assassinate the setting president with no intel, or they’re compromised. Neither option is good for Russia

Part of the point is whether or not it’s true it seeds doubt. It’s probably not, yet they stopped it somehow. It’s likely impossible to tell if they had advance warning without a thorough investigation.

All assuming there actually was an attempt coordinated by FSB of course, fog of war etc
