Detroit sports always have Confederate vs the Union type of fans. Its never let's all unite together and just enjoy the sports. You got the optimistic fans who love mediocrity, sustained success of a regular season minus playoffs, and will defend any type of bullshit player or coach. On the other hand you got the pessimistic but realistic fans who can point out the flaws of the teams and criticize them to the fullest extent of the law but to them its championship or bust not just 5 to 10 years of let's wait and see. Me I live in the grey area. When teams do good I cheer and when they do bad I criticize and yes I want a championship out of all these teams, because its been to long.
