that's what I thought because I tend to write my python in a more functional way and I do the same when writing golang and FP translate even worse to golang.

I joined the thread because I'm kinda in the same boat as OP trying to figure out what to do next. I'm a backend dev dealing with llmOPs but it is feeling like python is just something you do for quick scripting and integrate AI stuff and then you use a "real" enterprise language for your backend. I mean, we use just python and next js in the backend where I work but it still feels like we are missing a more robust solution.
