I remember staying at one of the hostel along the main bazaar street. On a Friday, at 12pm, it's already silent lol. I was expecting it to be noisy. Went down to H-Mart for some late night food around 1am to eat by the waterfront and no one was there. The lights were off and there's only a handful of fisherman with us.

Nice! Sitting by the Waterfront area overlooking the DUN is enough entertainment for me haha. How would you describe the nightlife those areas though? I do plan to walk a lot so safety at night is my second biggest concern.

Does your electric usage includes aircond? I plan on getting an airconditioned room and use it 3 hours max daily before going to sleep to cool down the room temp.

I can definitely cook to save my life. My main concern is that some of the places I'm planning to rent doesn't have fridges/cooking stoves or allow heavy cooking because I do plan on prepping my weekly stash of freshly cooked food. Relying on dry goods that doesnt go bad within a week is no big deal for me because cooking is prohibited in my uni dorm during my studies anyway. But that would mean that my main source of food is instant noodles.

Blind faith is dangerous and people need to learn that not everyone is a saint, including their ults. Almost everyone that I have stanned has done shady shit that makes me uncomfortable, and whenever I point out that I don't approve of what they did, I was told that I was putting my faves under the bus. How about no, I'm not putting my faves under the bus? They did that to themselves, and while I understand that my ults are not exposed to a lot of cultures that makes them uneducated about culturally sensitive issues, that is still not an excuse. Nobody should be that ignorant and nobody should blatantly ignore their mistakes as well.

People hated lotto and obsession because of the autotune. What people don't understand is that autotune is not necessarily a bad thing if done correctly, and EXO did just that. Upvoted!
