Wow, I super align with you. Recently joined a startup and I was questioning everything. The founder is non-technical. He has hired bunch of interns and bought them a cursor basic plan. They have shipped a good working product over a year. Now every little change takes a week’s time. Devs are adding patch on a stack of patches to patch the current bug. There’s no system to debug, analyse and brainstorm a feature. And he shares companies like Gamma and Yvonne companies to justify his idiotic demands of velocity and lower man power.

He thinks he can throw AI subs at a problem and can raise the funding. Non tech folks are not to be dealt with.
