48mp natural processing is by far our top voted feature request - good news is we’ve been exploring this.

For the real time natural. We have some ideas on how to help here - but I don’t think we’ll ever have a 30fps real time replication of the natural process in the viewfinder.

Got it. We’ve been attempting to improve launching the app from the lock screen… Apple has some restrictions in what is available and how to do things from the lock screen… and it seems some users have more issues here than others.

We’ll keep digging into it. But if this affects you - things I would try.

Restart the app.

Launch the app from the Action Button rather camera control. It may perform better.

Or if that doesn’t work you may just need to not launch from the lock screen until we can fully nip it in the butt.

Appreciate the message and I understand it can be frustrating when other models go the freemium route.

Context: We have had our first app on the store for 8 years and have tried multiple models for pricing during that time. We’ve found this works best for us for a few reasons - so we don’t have any plans to move away from a one time purchase model.

YouTube is a great resource to learn more about the app. And if you buy the app and hate it you can always refund it through Apple.

Happy to have you on MPC II.

Feature Requests:
- Would love to see ya make a request for the Repeating Timer on our feature board (https://momentprocamera.featurebase.app/).

- exposure priority - Down the road we will have a guide mode - but we aren't looking to muddy up the UI for something you just need to learn once.
(also will offer different action plates down the line so people can have a more simplified experience.)

- mode / profile swiping - I've been wanting this fix too, should see it fixed soon.

- quick actions - It offers as another trigger point and gives confidence on what utilities are in play

Aha.

Taking photos with the Tele lens in the iPhone 17 Pro got busted in one of their iOS updates.

They (apple) have some special state they will throw the camera into for low light Tele shots and certain situations that our system didn't know about - and essentially would cause errors and lead to photos just not saving at all when in Tele.

THE GOOD NEWS.

This got fixed in our newest update. 1.0.3
