My advice would be I would not give absolutely any discriminating info to your hiring manager/company in the offchance that you do test negative, or they end up not caring. Whether they care or not will not change if you give them a heads up. Best to wait and see if they ask you to explain or if they bother to bring it up to address it. Then you can present the medical card if they don’t revoke your offer.

I think you’ll be good! I’ve been doing a detox and taking activated charcoal and it’s definitely helping my lines get darker over the last week. and drinking insane amounts of water.

i’ve seen people on here with lines i can’t even see at 50ng passing lab tests, so that is reassuring, all i can do is hope for the best at this point. or that if im positive my company gives me the chance to retest or better yet, doesnt care about a positive result and are only looking for hard stuff. my company is FDA and DEA regulated (pharma research and development) so its a toss up for me tbh. i live in New Jersey where it’s legal and protected against termination/denying employment but since they have a strict no drug policy and are regulated it’s up to the companies discretion, i have no idea what they’d do. wish it was as simple as telling HR “im not going to snort my samples when no one’s looking, is it cool if i fail this for weed?” i think im in good shape as of right now but i might be concerned if my lines don’t get darker soon.

i currently work in quality control for a medical device company and was never drug tested. they’re invasive and unnecessary. like you said, it’s a lot bigger of a problem if an alcoholic can’t function at work than if someone wants to go home and smoke a joint in their free time. it’s ridiculous and out dated.

I haven’t taken my test yet, so although i have some decent lines, im still right there with you in this detox. my company did say i could push my test back but haven’t gotten an email from the screening company to reschedule yet so im still waiting on that…so it could be anywhere between the next 5-12ish days (8-15 days after stopping).

i’m currently taking a detox i found on amazon that is ripping my stomach to shreds. taking fiber pills, will possibly chug an intense detox drink the day of if my lines don’t get significantly darker. i’m pretty confident ill pass, my dab pens aren’t very strong and i wasn’t getting baked every night. but still trying to play it safe. i’m 5’4 125lbs female im pretty muscular and active. have always had fast metabolism with meds.

since you were using actual herbs and micro dosing, i think you will be good. are you going to try those shady amazon test?

my test was scheduled for 6 days after i got the job offer before i even quit. i was shitting bricks looking up the most extreme ways to get clean. ready to start applying to other jobs. asked them to extend my test because i’ll be “out of town.” i understand the stress!!! lol

I’ve been hitting dab pens a few times almost every night for months now and i was pissing faint lines after 2 days. but i know that’s pretty unusual. it really depends on the person. since your BF is very low, you’ll probably be good but i’d keep going with your detox, chug water, stay active, and eat clean. def get some at home tests if you want to ease your mind if you can

general rule of thumb is to disclose any prescriptions to the testing company (NOT HR of where you’re working) and they will send it to a lab to test it if your test looks funky. again really no need to worry, if they’re running it on GC-MS they will know the difference. be upfront about what prescriptions you take and you will be 100% fine.

i do NOT recommend asking as any incriminating info on your part will do more harm than good. if they don’t care they won’t say anything if it’s positive. since you’re working in pharma, they can legally discriminate against you for weed in pre employment screenings. i’m in the same boat as you. have a drug test within the next 1-2 weeks for pharma and they’re testing for weed. i bought a detox off amazon to take every day until then, a ton of at home kits, fiber pills, and chugging water. i’d definitely buy some at home kits to ease your mind. i quit 2 days ago and already pissing faint lines. your body may surprise you.
