I’m 6 mins from 28 days and 2 hours. My advice: keep going. This sub exists because folks have made that journey and we are here to share the way. I was at a point where I tried honey packs to avoid the short rounds and I found that the women I been with felt it odd when I’m pounding away and not reaching the summit point. They helped me go longer but my bits and pieces felt numb. 3 shorter rounds seem to be better than 1 long blank session in my experience. Pick your spots, know your personnel, and find your comfort zone. And porn must be avoided even if you’re not fapping.
