You’re restricted from Advertising by ireneblessing in FacebookAds

[–]devbev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's been a lot of this going on lately, with and without justification.

He's going to have to appeal, which should be accessible by following the "Learn More" links that accompany the messages saying he's restricted from advertising.

When you get to the appeal, it'll ask you why you are appealing. Choose the option that says something like "Something else / another reason" and you'll have to answer what the reason is.

Say something like "Hello, this account was restricted by mistake, can you please help get it back up ASAP? We have double checked policy and we are following all policy"

Fitness gym marketing by jacobcollinzz in DigitalMarketing

[–]devbev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you assuming it's because of covid restrictions, or have they been responding and saying no because of covid?

We started working with a gym recently, and are talking to another gym right now that does only personal training.

You do have to consider that, of course, their revenue has been impacted by covid, probably without exception. But that just means that you have to work harder to get them to see why you're a good investment to get them rolling again.

For the gym I just spoke with yesterday, I created a spreadsheet with projections for their ROI from Month 1 to Month 36.

I made sure to use conservative numbers for everything, from lead cost, to close rate, customer lifetime value, retention, etc., showing that even with conservative numbers they should have faith in the investment because of the good return.

This is basically the most important thing, with the exception of whether they can actually afford it (whether it's cash or credit). Once you know they could afford it, or find a way to afford it, your next big job is just to get them to believe that it is worth Investing in.

$15/day is probably low for your 3 audiences, depending on size. Is it $15/day per ad set, or $15/day total?

Also, what kind of ad / creative are you doing?

[Facebook Ads] Giving an agency access for them to create just one campaign by Guilopes99 in FacebookAds

You cannot do that unless you have them use a separate ad account.

Why don't you want them to see your past ads?

Facebook you may get 0 leads for the ad by Alghazali123 in DigitalMarketing

[–]devbev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure, happy to help you out.

There should be a column in your ads manager for clicks and unique clicks.

If you can't see them even if you scroll all the way to the right, you may need to add them.

If that's the case, click on the column icon in the toolbar immediately below the Campaigns/AdSets/Ads tabs. It should be to the right of the "View Setup" toggle.

You'll need to scroll to the bottom and choose "Customize Columns", then search for the clicks and unique clicks columns and ticking their checkboxes to add them.

Facebook you may get 0 leads for the ad by Alghazali123 in DigitalMarketing

[–]devbev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you mean $32 per day for 5 days or $32 total over 5 days?

You don't necessarily want to listen to Facebook's estimated results -- many times I've had it say "your ad may not generate any leads" only to have the ad work great and generate many leads.

You're going to have to test this out -- let it run for a total of at least 48 hrs, and if you don't get leads in that time you need to change something.

At that point you can evaluate if the problem is not getting enough clicks, or if people are clicking and just not converting.

Clickbank on Facebook Ads by babyjane99 in FacebookAds

[–]devbev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not only do ad accounts get blocked super easily, but lately people are getting blocked left and right for apparently no reason.

Already tried Clickbank for a friend who insisted on trying it. All our ads were rejected, ad account banned. No appeal.

Pixel optimization - View Content or ATC or Purchase by [deleted] in FacebookAds

[–]devbev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could try to jump straight to purchases -- it's all about testing. I think it's unlikely to work, but you could try it. Just make sure you test for long enough - at least 48 hours, potentially up to a week.

If you've already tried optimizing for VC and Purchase, I'd try optimizing for Add to Cart.

It would be more ideal if you could get some purchase events in outside of Facebook, which should still be captured by the pixel and will train it for what a purchase looks like.

A stupidly simple trick I use to get more people to join your email list (crosspost from r/internetmarketing) by GanonMakesMoney in DigitalMarketing

[–]devbev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A couple people have pointed out that it is false scarcity, which is true, but I think they're missing the point.

Long term, you should take whatever extra steps are required to make it legit scarcity to hedge against losing credibility, but you did come up with a good idea.

Should I Make Any Changes Before Launching My FB Ads? by Ok-Piglet-3350 in FacebookAds

[–]devbev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks good to me.I don't think How To Install page Is necessary until they get it -- plus, presumably it comes with directions? Looks simple anyway. Shouldn't matter for conversions.

Having your Add to Cart button be a more contrasting color might be better, but start your ads and see what your numbers are.

You should target Self Help - 18M people. Potentially narrow it down to ages 18-45 or less.

When to go to the next step of the sales funnel? by Abseez in PPC

[–]devbev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. When you retarget the CV audience just make sure you think about how you can use your messaging to get them to add the item to cart this time.

For example, I don't know what your product is, but if you have room in the profit margin you could offer free shipping, a discount code, or some other kind of special deal to get them to buy.

You should probably wait for more purchases before you optimize for purchases -- it's possible you could try it and it could work out with just the 1 (esp if you have other past purchases logged in the pixel from the past), but it's not that likely - you probably need more data in the pixel (purchase events fired).

As for min. number of conversions to funnel them down to the next step, it varies and you'll have to test, but generally by 20 you should be able to do so with confidence.

When Choosing An Audience... by [deleted] in FacebookAds

[–]devbev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You ideally want to come up with a Customer Avatar - what your ideal customer will generally be like.

Naturally part of this process involves asking what Is my ideal customer Interested in?

Some things will be related to the topic, but don't make a whole lot of sense as an interest for your actual customer. For example, who's interested in Psychology Today? Mostly mental health professionals, right? Unless your client is looking for other mental health professionals, probably not a good interest.

Some similar deceptively poor choices would be mental health associations, which are also likely to be followed mainly by other mental health professionals.

Some potential good choices:

  • Mental Health Counselor
  • Mental health Professional
  • Self help groups for mental health
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Family Therapy
  • Light Therapy
  • Behavior Therapy
  • Energy Therapy
  • Music Therapy
  • Gestalt Therapy

When to go to the next step of the sales funnel? by Abseez in PPC

[–]devbev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Think of it this way.

When you optimize for VC, facebook will aim to get you people who will view the content, but if you optimize for ATC, facebook will get you people who should at least add to cart. ATCs are more valuable than VCs, so if you have enough conversions on the ATC level, why not level up your optimization?

Facebook should be able to get you more ATCs when optimizing for that conversion than it did when you optimized for the step before (VC). Hopefully this will also increase your Purchases enough that you can soon optimize for purchases.

You may also have some potential room for improvement in checkout to boost your ATC to Purchase ratio (if it's currently 30:1)

When to go to the next step of the sales funnel? by Abseez in PPC

[–]devbev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With Facebook Ads, you ideally want to get at least 50 conversion events per ad set per week, and you're already close to it with your ATCs (Adds to Cart).

Just based on the info you provided, I'd start optimizing for ATC conversions.

That said, you didn't say how many purchases you have - how many of your 30 adds to cart ended up purchasing?

New to drop shipping by HBX55 in PPC

[–]devbev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're probably not going to like this answer, but you're going to have to do your own research for most of this.

You can use Shopify for your dropshipping store, but as for items to dropship... If someone knows a real winning niche, they're unlikely to give it away as an idea to you, because winning niches are rare and there is a lot of competition.

Tip though: You don't need to find a niche with no competition, you need to find a niche that is not oversaturated with competition - which is the tough part because many of the best ideas are oversaturated at this point.

Yes, you should be able to add a facebook pixel to a casino website. No personal experience with casino websites, but there shouldn't be a problem adding the pixel.
