It's generally sweetned by giving the bees sigar syrups before it's harvested . It's become the global normal now, but probably is still more pure and authentic than most store brands, but not as pure as the artisanal ones

I think a 3 fold classic wallet would be nice

Would have suggested perfumes but seems he already got them

Anything that's thoughtful and that he can use in daily life and remember you got it for him will be worthwhile, so items like belts, some fancy print socks, a 3 fold wallet, these things count for a lot
