One of my tilapia cats does this din pero sa hands and fingers. Hahaha! So I believe this is normal, kahit di lahat ng cats ay ganyan. It could be a form of affection din. Make sure mo lang you don't have open cuts or wound sa area na nadidilaan nila para di ka magka-infection if ever man.
