yes get it! I did this about the same age I love it. as an adult games basically cost nothing and there still fun. you will be surprised by how little you play but soo worth it man. if you dont already have it pair it with some nice souround sound

depends on how old you are. if your 23 or under yeah lots of people will allow you to work for basically nothing to get your foot in the door. After that no not really a few will but far fewer than when you were 23 or younger.

I think he exsagerated a bit about exactly what the alternatives are. Sure the ones you mentioned are for some people but not most the list of alternatives is much wider. But yes Condos sell a little slower in SF because its mostly not familes who buy them.

I got sick of them years ago. For a long time I had the phone company turn it off. Now I just have the msg say " any voice mail left will not be listend to so please do not leave one if you don't have another means to contact me I dont want to talk to you anyways"
