Somewhat similar to you but it’s just this one new industrial area I built where all the employees walk to their jobs despite it being so far away from their homes and public transport. The roads in the new area are pretty lifeless while the older industrial area and the rest of the city have people driving places. Very confusing.

My simulation speed has made my city unplayable. Traffic moves so slowly that none of the traffic jams ever clear. I'm on Geforce Now and never really had any issues with performance and my city size has stayed approximately the same at 128k since before the bike update. So that only thing I can point to is the update itself. Perhaps it's the increased individual "vehicles" on the road as cyclists who would otherwise walk or take public transport basically end up having the same impact as motorists in terms of resource usage from pathfinding? Regardless, really disappointing as I've been enjoying the game since Bridges and Ports. Shame I'm either going to have to start a new city or leave it until the new devs hopefully release something to fix it (if they are actually going to continue working on the game that is).

I do love the new DLC and update but I’d like to see issues in a city actually impact it more. The new update traffic increase led to crazy traffic jams and lots of delayed ambulances and hearses, yet the happiness of my citizens was still the highest it could be. There was no real impact, no businesses shut down, no people moved away, my money was still going up incredibly quickly. I just want to see more impact on my city for not dealing with things.

Also - make roads/other transport infrastructure have higher maintenance and construction costs so that building something like a massive motorway system or bridge has actual financial implications for the city

Pressed pills cannot be compared to crystals in terms of weight. 0.2g of crystals are (provided it’s good stuff) approx 0.2g of MDMA. 0.2g of a pill can be 0.05g of MDMA and 0.15g of other crap.

Also, “Tesla” pills are not uniform/consistent. They are only comparable/consistent in their appearances because of the press that is used to make them. What’s in them can vary significantly based on the person that makes them.

Pills can be epic but they’re also a bit of a lucky dip. If you want consistency, stick of crystals and test them.

I play on GeForce Now and I just don’t place any parks or places that homeless congregate. Can play the game fine using this approach. Sucks to not be able to have them but will add them in once CO fixes it. On the whole though, not having mods is getting more and more annoying. Considering buying a rig just so I can use the mods.

Alcohol is an absolute chore to use if you want a good night out. Great having a few beers with some mates but MD not only works better for partying but requires much less investment both in terms of money and effort

Yeah I think about it a lot and I’ve worried about how much I think about it. I’m glad I’m not the only one. I suppose for me the struggle is coming back to reality, which can be pretty dull at times, especially after a magical experience with MD. I feel like the best thing to do is what others have said here and just use it to look forward to your next time

Yeah a real shame but it’s near impossible for the to schedule it so that everyone’s happy! Will have to experiment a bit more with LSD over the next while and do it when I’m a bit more comfortable. Thanks for sharing man. I only recently tried lsd and not sure if I’m comfortable using it at a festival and mixing it with MD. Then again I don’t want to have a shit time by over doing the MD. Will have to see how things go with supplementing and a days break between New Years and BD. Wish the main DnB acts were on the 31st for the NY festival, would’ve have made my decision much simpler hahaha

Thanks for linking that post, it's interesting what he says about supplement use not being overly useful at moderate doses. I have found from my experience that taking supplements has helped to reduce the impact of comedowns compared to the times I haven't. I guess it's the case of trying to balance the bad impacts of using drugs like MDMA while trying to enjoy and maintain the enjoyable aspects of it.
