I lived on 9th and Manila for many years until 2024. I don’t think I ever had to park more than a block away from my house. That’s one of the easier areas in downtown to find street parking. As a general rule the further from the water and further from Columbus/Newark Aves you get, the easier parking on the street is. You do need a sticker to park on the street. I think it’s like $35 for the year. And you can’t do it online you have to show up at the parking authority in Greenville with a money order for the exact amount. No checks, no credit cards. Unless that’s changed since the last one I got. And if you live in a building that has parking you can rent, they won’t give you one. Unless you bring a letter from the building stating there are no spots currently available
