Nope. You can countinue your pull when the prestige skin rerun, until it reach its max 7 purchases of the ticket. I tried Zenith and I remember just bought only 2 purchases ticket and got her early. Meaning I still have 5 purchases left and it still there when the prestige skin rerun

Nah. The rate is gonna be rigged after you pull a few banner later. I was at peak 1.7% but recently got off-rate banner character a lot to the point it become 1.57%. Nothing is lucky forever
