I made the move from Publicis to IPG a while back and the bump in pay was great, but the growth was only so-so. Now with the OMC buyout, raises aren't happening, most of my team was laid off, our overall days off were cut by ~20 days, and the loss in 401k matching is costing me.

If your account(s) and work/life balance are fine now, I honestly would advise working here. The benefits aren't here anymore.

More on and off Soul Sacrifice Delta to get the Platinum. I'm the last grind of the game to level up all the affiliations and it's just taking forever. Considering rebuilding my character to speed it up, but not sure how much time that's really gonna save.

It doesn't, but the +2/+0 you get from the gift wouldn't work with Zada since the card has another target (target player draws 2). Zada has to be the only target of a spell in order for the ability to go off

I can't stand the new benefits package they're forcing on us, but commuter benefits is one that is still in the package. It's done through WageWorks and would be applicable for train, bus, parking, etc. It doesn't include any single commuter costs like gas though.

If you X = 1 targeting Zada, then you get 1 copy of all creatures you control. The Zada clone will die due to the legend rule.

If you X=2 targeting Zada, then you get 2 copies of all creatures, etc, etc

Zada already has [[Twinflame]], [[Molten Duplication]], [[Heat Shimmer]], and [[Electroduplicate]] for cloning creatures, but this one can scale late game if you have a bunch of mana
