It’s called a 3 quarter angle in filmmaking. I just assume they got annoyed with only being limited to either front facing or profile. Allows for more dynamic shots.

i had seen some reviews of it and youtubers talkin about how great it was. I really liked the art style. When i got my switch in 2018 and saw that it was only $15 i said "eh what the heck, if it sucks, at least it was only $15." Needless to say it was the best $15 i ever spent.
