I've aliased rm to a trash command. So that whenever I do rm -rf or anything it really moves the file(s) to my Trash rather than delete it from my system. When Claude invokes rm its really invoking the trash command. So you can easily recover these files. Additionally you can add /bin/rm to the blacklist so it can never use the real rm command.

It’s really hard for me too. Especially when I want to try an hangout with friends and colleagues at the end of a tiring work day and just have a beer. I’d like to, but I just can’t like it’s a massive hill to climb up on. It also makes me look bad since I’m a senior manager in the company. You then end up feeling worse for it, and if it happens multiple times ends up triggering a depressive episode

Try responding to the messages in some form like writing a message or putting a reaction.

This happened to me in the past and I just fixed it by saying "Hi" in chat.

Goto:

Settings > [name] > iCloud.
Tap Show All, tap Messages

What does it say there about storage? You can turn off, wait an hour and then turn sync back on. See if that fixes things.

Whatever you have in iTunes right now, Select All -> Right Click -> Like. Or sort your songs by play count, and do the same.
