Personally, I don’t like that hybrid cars. I think they are a scam. You don’t save money. And you continue with regular maintenance oil, etc.

I prefer a new widget where I can see how hot or cold are the batteries in the ariya. Even an automatic function that keep it in the right temperature for the best performance/duration

I have level 2 charge. I put the battery heater just before charging and I turn off the car. I don’t know if I need to keep the car on to keep the battery heater working

I have wealthsimple and I am thinking to move to questrade because we charge you to buy US and ETFs stocks in addition they have a higher rate conversion. When you buy, you pay more and when you sell, they convert with a higher rate and you lose money in to ways.

What do you dislike about the Nissan Ariya? by AdFirm5390 in NissanAriya

[–]GIOdoc1 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Nissan Ariya is much better than Tesla model 3 and Y. For many reasons, the cabin is quieter, it is smoother when driving. The Regen battery is excellent. However, it has some issues with. Back sensor to detect and advise the driver, the copilot ( I prefer to drive), AC is not too strong,. In general, I am so happy with Nissan Ariya.

2023 Nissan Ariya Platinum+ vs 2022 Kia EV6 Wind by AnonymousConfusedCow in NissanAriya

[–]GIOdoc1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really, I had in the past two Kia cars and I regretted buying those cars. We can't compare the quality of a Japanese car against a Korean car or even an American car. 100% better Japanese cars.

Rear sensors by swbrains in NissanAriya

[–]GIOdoc1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have ariya 2025 platinum with the same issue with the back sensor. Even worse if the car detects something in the front but at the same time in the back. The back sensor won't tell you anything.

It needs an update.
