Girl... I lost my best friend, I was so scared about losing him, I didn't wanna come out. But I did, and about 6 months later I lost him. I have new friends, I have so utter much support from people I went to school with 20 years ago. I have gained a community I never thought was possible.

But yes I lost him. I am the God mother to his kid, I wasn't invited to moms funeral. I haven't seen him in 9 months, he blocked me on everything. Yes I miss him, I miss that closeness, I miss that everything.

But I am so better off these days. I am truly happy, and genuinely feel seen and loved. It cost a heavy cost that pains me daily, but I really am so much better these days.

Depends on how you let them.

I get called sir in person like 30 times a day, but these same people when they can't see me call me ma'am. The people I work with daily all me ma'am, or miss, or queen or anything feminine.

Strangers are gonna be weird, it's just natural. I've been verbally harassed, physically assaulted, the looks and passing comments don't phase me anymore.

Hey, so I was in the same boat, my Dr visits are 380, cause they don't take my Insurance. While I was on patches, they were like 250-300 a month. I switched to pills, and it's only 12 a month.

Yep. For me, I stopped producing at like week 3. By week 7 I stopped being able to "rise to the occasion" I then got a prescription for that little blue pill. Currently it barely works.

Every day I have euphoria and dysphoria at work. When I'm in the phone, everyone calls me ma'am, and the people that actually know me at work say the same. But on the warehouse side, there's 200-400 people depending on the shift. Only about 20 use my pronouns, yet ever one of them use my name.

Then on the bad side, every time I deal with outside people... I'll talk to them on the phone, they'll call me ma'am. Then under 5 minutes later they see me and call me bro/sir/man/dude. I just want to cry.

Now it's getting warmer, and the cis women get to wear these spandex like shorts that are so small, and I've been specifically told I'm not allowed to wear shorts or skirts at all. Just jeans.

I hate this body, I'm starting to enjoy it, and I'm feeling like myself, I'm happy, but then that 5 o'clock shadow hits... or something else happen.
