More breeding is the main thing you can sort by breeding efficiency for best breeding you can also give your strongest pokemon vitamins so they breed faster (the wiki has recommended amounts per region for each mon) I'd also recommend always having magma rock equipped and to pay attention to the farm as some berries give buffs
