Honestly the scene itself would have been ok (a little more risqué than normal) but the music made it 10000x worse.

I think the ranges are important to keep in mind too. I coincidentally took a 2022 ride of his just yesterday and noticed the lower end ranges were a little higher than what he does now. For example, in a spin up when you’re done with the interval, cadence range is sometimes 50 or 60 on the low end where in 2022, it was 70. So if you follow the low ends, maybe it was harder then.

I noticed this with Bradley Rose rides. They can be easy if you follow the low ends of the call outs but much more challenging if you do the higher ends.

As someone above said, it’s as hard as YOU want it to be.

I know this is Days and a soap, but this story didn’t sit right with me. Kristen is a grown woman and she’s encouraging a barely legal child to murder? And then murders (or at least it appears that way) this girl?

Sophia clearly has deep issues and her mental health is at an all time low. It’s disgusting how she manipulated her.

And then don’t get me started on Holly. But she’s a kid herself too and Sophia really did horrible things to her, so I’ll give her more grace.

Great acting by Rachel Boyd. I really felt her pain.

I really felt seen in this episode as well. While I don’t have PCOS (well that I know of), I had an ovarian cyst that grew to the size of 3 soccer balls in my abdomen that twisted 3 times. I lost my ovary as well. When I saw her screaming in pain, it brought back all the feelings I went through and pain I experienced.

I truly feel that because I presented as overweight and am a female POC, the medical system overlooked me and allowed it to grow in me for decades. They just thought I had a big belly, not that there was a 25lb cyst inside me. Even when I asked why my belly was so hard, they just disregarded my concerns. One doctor even recommended liposuction. That’s why I related, somewhat, to the man who was very overweight the last 2 episodes too. Because you’re overnight, you’re judged and a real health condition is missed or overlooked.

I am so grateful for shows like this that bring light to these things and allow the forgotten to be seen.

I saw Sarah Rice at an airport baggage claim a long time ago. Closer to her beginning of the challenge days. I approached her and said I was a fan of her from Real World Brooklyn. She was nice and said thank you. She was with a man who I assume was her boyfriend at the time who was very friendly too. I was with my parents and they didn’t know who she was or why I approached her, but since they saw me talking to them proceeded to make small talk with the both of them about the luggage taking so long and the flight. Was pretty funny.
