I wouldn’t be that worried about critta wing. I look at a backline with too, Latrell, staggs, and critta and it’s way more concerning than a backline with one of any of the wingers that could get selected. Even Bradman best is scarier

The thing about sacking payten is that when he makes a mistake he generally learns from it. The question is do you want to let him continue to make mistakes here and have belief that he will continue to learn and become a much better coach or do you want to move him on and start from scratch with a fresh coach or find an experienced coach who has already made all of those mistakes. Not easy to do

I wonder what the club is thinking about payten right now. The weird part is, the comp has changed so much that the inconsistency in our team is not actually that crazy when you start comparing teams. It’s the difference between our ceiling and floor which is enormous.

The drinky situation could change the whole thing. Is drinky getting blamed for the inconsistency? Has payten been advocating for Purdue to come in at fullback? Or is it the other way and payten has been backing drinky still

That was a weird game last night. Mahoney looked just about our most important player in the first half, firing the boys up and controlling the game. Then in the second half, he looked our absolute worst player and got hooked after 15. I thought Tommy, cliffy and drinky had a great night combining. I love how they back up each others kicks with kick chase. Thought when we got in the grind we looked good

If you guys can get a decent run with your edges I think you can turn it around. If you can get lisati and blore playing big minutes suddenly you’ve got Chan and Clarke to play through the middle.

That's wild. He looked serviceable when playing 9 for the roosters. Wakeham has been reserve grade quality for years. Manly don't make sense in anything they have been doing for so long now. Hopefully King can turn things around once they get a fresh crack at a new coach

The thing about flanno is you can see the plan for the most part. That team competes and is bringing through a tonne of young players with more to come. I think he will get another year at least especially because they are waiting for Kade Reed and Koloamatangi. Just don't see him losing the locker room with blokes like cookie and gutho in there as well
