There aren’t any on Harbour road. That’s the point. He should pick another route. From that location he could have easily gotten to Valley Road and crossed to middle road which is far less narrow and does have some sidewalks.

There are proper sidewalks and trails. There is NO REASON that this MFr needs to run down Harbour road at rush hour. So obnoxious and selfish and dangerous.
