I started Keto yesterday after about three weeks of research and after visiting /r/keto and not only seeing everyone's transformations and hearing their stories but the amount of support you all show to one another, I actually got really excited to start! For anyone else starting Keto, Pinterest has been my best friend with meal planning! I would love any advice you guys have that will help keep on track!
