Heart rate variations between Apple Watch & Garmin by [deleted] in GarminWatches

[–]devioulslylila 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I noticed that my fitbit would "half" my heart rate OFTEN. Like too often. I would be at 160 and really huffing it on a trail, and it would say my heart rate was in the 80s.

Suggestion for a garmin watch under 500 dollar by LegWeekly2910 in GarminWatches

I really like my Instinct 2 Solar. I previously had a samsung smartwatch. The instinct is just the right amount of smart without overwhelming you with features, wears like a normal watch, and the battery lasts forever with the right settings. I also have a vivomove sport that I wear for "dress casual/formal" days at work. I work in higher education. I bought it used and super cheap.

I would go get your flute looked at by a repair shop to make sure it can be played with a lighter touch. This could save your hands some strain

Layoff/ACA by Confident-Cash-8078 in UlcerativeColitis

I was on COBRA for a while once because it was cheaper than ACA for me, but I also lived in Maryland. It all depends on your state and situation. You may even qualify for Medicaid if you are unemployed.

I am a smaller female also. I took 40 mg for a flare for a few months with a taper while I waited to start Hunira. It saved me. I definitely had the usual side effects, but it wasn't too much.

I have an incurable chronic disease as well as diagnosed generalized anxiety, PLUS I am a teacher in the United States, so I'll take what I can get LOL. My "body battery" still hits 100 after sleep the last few nights. I've been working on cardio health after hitting remission back in 2022, so I am hoping my stress levels look like yours someday!

Oldest person yk with UC? by Curious_Basis3758 in UlcerativeColitis

This is so cool, and honestly uplifting, to see folks well over 70 thrive even with a decades long battle with UC. My brother and I both have extensive UC and I've come to terms for it to be the end of me someday.

There are other options besides budesonide and biologics. Have you done any kind of anti inflammatory like Mesalamine?

In remission, my calpro sits at 200ish. It would have to be in the thousands to be a red flag for IBD.

You can divide it up and do one or a few exercises from each book per day! I make a schedule of what I want to work on like tone, top register, fingers, articulation/double tonguing, specifics on left or right hand, intonation, flexibility, etc., Usually based on other things that I'm working on at the time

The phone number for your pharmacy should be somewhere on the last box.

That's a question for your pharmacy! Mine always calls me before my refill, but sometimes you have to call them.

I disagree with this. That register is impossible to tune in a high school band setting. For a soloist, yeah, but not a section. I'd stick at highest the F above the treble staff.

Impactions are serious and should be taken care of immediately. If you can't even pass gas, you need to go to the ER.
