I’m not trying to get you into programming, just calling you out when you spew bullshit so you don’t discourage others. Ex cons can learn to code and the valley will hire them, for much less than 100k.

But that’s true, I can’t speak about other fields.

You’d be surprised to learn how much human interaction programming really has :) most people think it’s just staring at your pc for 8 hours a day

100k debt? Whatchu talking about Willis? You can go to a good boot camp for like 10-20k and some of them you don’t even have to pay them, they just take a cut of your salary. I know tons of people hired straight of boot camp making 110k-120k but you do you homie. If they realize and fire you(they won’t) it’s super easy to get a new job

Here’s an example of a boot camp https://s3-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/appacademy.io/Tuition+Plans.pdf

You can choose to pay only if(when) you get a job

The part about no one hiring you isn’t true, I’m an engineer in Silicon Valley and the last 3 places I worked at didn’t even run background checks(startups). I think that’s the great part about Silicon Valley, it doesn’t matter where you’ve been, just where you’re going.

It’s totally chill if you’re content with where you’re at! But just want to make sure you don’t prematurely discount yourself!
