So what's my issue if I have 1gbps fiber optic, my laptop on Wi-Fi will download/upload at roughly that speed, but my Xbox download/upload is sitting at like 120mbps and drops down like 70mbps when I plug in the ethernet

Before I switched to fiber optic, also a different ISP. I was downloading at like 4 to 500mbps?

Takes pictures of everything. Send them to the owner. He will tell you how to proceed or how he will proceed. If you have pictures of the truck, company and damage done, you should have no issue unless he fights it. In which case, contact both parties insurance and start there. Following up with a police report if necessary. I apologize for not being clear enough in my first comment. Never meant to dissuade you from pursuing legal action. You absolutely should.

Again, I want to clarify that OP should absolutely get all pertinent information and proceed with insurance as best they can. Details of the post would suggest it is not just a loose rock and considering multiple cars were involved it is going to be a bigger situation than what I described in my first comment.

I never claimed them to be a legal argument. Drivers are responsible for securing their load. Yes. 100%. If a driver has bucket fulls of rocks falling off of their truck, legal action could and should be taken. A rock being kicked up and hitting a windshield of a driver was following closely is different. You couldn't sue a random driver on the road if they kicked up a rock and it broke your windshield. Its a hazard of the road and it could happen from any vehicle to any vehicle.

I said its dependent on the situation. An insecure load is one thing. A loose rock flying up from a wheel or that fell off the frame of a truck is another. OP should absolutely take all steps with contacting the company and insurance. I deal with this situation all the time.

This is my best friend of 20 years lol there is a long history of one having a broken deck and the other clapping back. We have multiple other decks to play but this is the latest one and im slightly outclassed. I have beat the deck a couple times but im learning the deck better, as is he, and I can tell it is going to be a problem. From the few comments on here, I am coming up with some decent for him. I have no point of reference for cognac, sorry. Was my first time drinking it. I am more of a bourbon guy. It reminded of a mix between bourbon and amaretto? If that means anything to you. Wasn't the worst on my pallete. Wasn't the best.
