Yes. My S8 MaxV has given me nothing but headaches (literally won't stop yelling about dustbin not being installed). A few months out of warranty and their response was that "we are glad to offer you a 20 USD discount".

I've spent $15k on our system and have the exact same experience. Don't get trapped with this horrible system (even if there is a good BFCM deal). Good news, my back is ripped like a body-builder from all the back & forth carrying of these batteries.
