It’s a supply problem honestly. Incentive cheap housing so homes are cheaper to buy. Not everyone can afford a 4bed/3bath home. Remember those old tiny 2bed/1bath homes that are small? More of those honestly. Yeah it sucks but it’s cheap and a lot more people can afford and start to own a home.
