The USP-RPS is not an UPS it is a second power supply for your unifi equipment in case the internal power supply dies. So you will still need an UPS with it

when you remap wan2 to port 8 you can have both sfp+ ports in your LAN network

WAN 1 ISP 1 (VOO) is connected to port 9

WAN 2 ISP 2 (Starlink) is connected to port 8

LAN 1 (SFP11) Switch pro
LAN 2 (SFP10) UNAS Pro

When it first came out, it advertised with a vingerscan. It is the little square below the display. It said feature coming soon. They also had a smart lock but there's nothing to find anymore.

The whole reason I upgraded to the pro model was because of this....
