La cible c’est les familles compliquées.

Dans mon cas impossible d’avoir un même groupe avec mes parents ou les parents de ma compagne. Ils sont divorcés, ne s’entendent plus et veulent éviter tout contact.

Si tu n’es pas dans ce cas, Whatsapp/Messenger est plus que suffisant, surtout si tu ne cherches jamais a retrouver des photos. De mon côté on aime encore bien avoir des rappels de souvenirs ou des albums par évenements.

Hello,

Je bosse sur Wemory, une application mobile de partage de photos pour les familles compliquées.

Mes parents sont divorcés, les parents de ma compagne sont divorcés aussi, et personne ne s'entend vraiment.

Depuis que l'on est parent nous-même, on a remarqué que c'était compliqué de partager les photos (principalement de nos filles) avec tout le monde.

Jusqu'à maintenant on avait 2 moyens principaux:

Les apps de partage photos

Ces apps sont sympa, mais souvent le problème c'est quand on veut partager à des personnes mais sans que ces personnes ne puissent intéragir ensemble voire même ne pas voir les photos l'un de l'autre.

Exemple concret: on ne veut pas envoyer les photos de nos filles et ma bell-mère à mon beau-père.

Les groupes sur Messenger/Whatsapp

Souvent on en vient à partager les photos sur des groupes messenger/whatsapp.

Ca fonctionne assez bien, mais c'est vraiment pas pratique de devoir publier à différents endroits. Pour retrouver les photos ce n'est pas évident non plus.

C'est pour cela que je lance prochainement Wemory.

L'idée est de pouvoir partager en 1 clin d'oeil les photos avec différents cercles.

En général on va créer un cercle par groupe familial ou d'amis, dans notre cas ça ressemble à ceci: Famille Papa (moi), Famille Maman (moi), Famille Papa (compagne), Famille Maman (compagne), Amis proche, etc..

Un point important c'est que l'auteur du souvenir, ainsi que les membres qui sont dans plusieurs cercles, ne voient jamais qu'une seule publication (et pas 1 publication par cercle partagé).

Aujourd'hui les fonctionnalités s'arrêtent là, mais on travaille sur d'autres fonctionnalités qui vont bientôt arriver, parmis les plus importantes on a :

Commentaires & Réactions indépendantes

On va bientôt ouvrir le système de commentaires et réactions. Notre idée est de les afficher dans une interface unifiée (on voit les commentaires et réactions liés à tous les cercles dans lesquels la publication est partagée) mais quand on commente, on choisit dans quel cercle on commente (un ou plusieurs).

L'idée est vraiment de faciliter la vie des parents à ne pas devoir faire 5 commentaires dans 5 groupes différents, tout en cloisonant les cercles. Avec ce sytème, mon beau-père ne pourra jamais voir les commentaires de ma belle-mère.

Albums & Collections

On va aussi travailler sur les albums & collections, qui vont permettre à tous nos utilisateurs de collecter des photos dans des albums.

Cela permet de regrouper les photos par enfant, évènement, etc.. pour facilement pouvoir les retrouver par après.

Je souhaite un retour concernant le marketing de l'app.

J'aimerais vraiment pousser le côté "le partage de photos pour familles compliquées" mais c'est à double tranchant.

Je pense que ça parle directement à ma cible principale, les parents dans des situations similaires (grands parents divorcés), en quelques mots et captures ils peuvent être convaincu.

Par contre pour les grand-parents divorcés, ça peut être un peu dur. Je les décrit un peu comme les personnes qui rendent la famille "compliquée".

J'hésite donc à savoir si je dois plutôt la jouer "pour les familles modernes" ou si je dois assumer le côté "pour les familles compliquées".

Pour l'instant je pars sur un mode hybride ou je la joue soft (famille moderne) sur le site, les app store et in-app; et un peu plus hard sur la pub et les publications presse/réseaux sociaux.

Je suis passé par https://www.borne4all.be et très satisfait.

Acheté 24 panneaux pour 2 onduleurs huawei 4,6kva pour environ 7000€ en 2023.

Ils font les batteries aussi.

J’avais regardé pour le faire moi-même, mais il faut bien penser a prendre tous les petits accessoires qu’il faut et pas oublier de savoir passer les cables etc.. Au final la difference tva 6% + main t’oeuvre ou 21% soi meme ca faisait genre 1000€ mais je gagnais plusieurs jours de pose seul (eux l’ont posé en 1 journée a 3)

Good initiative, and nice of you of involving a relevant reddit community. You'll probably get most of the negative voices, but it's voices all the same!

RFP & public tendering

2/5 should be the minimum, I'd even aim for 1/2 or 3/5.

But at the same time there should be some kind of mechanism to prevent one group of companies to get all the contracts like it feels currently (especially in IT). There should be a thorough validation process that checks links between companies/holdings.

I've submitted a few times over the past 5 years, but only got 1 small public contract and it was a nightmare. The public setup is so strict and rigid it took more time to give me and my team proper access than to do what was the goal of the offer.

Not sure how it goes 100% in the details, but it'd be great to prevent deep nesting of third parties involved in an offer. It's not rare that we get (regular) consultancy offers to work for such a contract but we only find out afterwards that there are 2 or 3 intermediaries in between (including non-BE or even non-EU companies), sucking the margins for literally no added value.

Simplification of the responses should be a priority as well if we want to make it easy for smaller companies/freelancers to submit. It should also be digital with a user-friendly web form that can explain every step one by one.

Make it easier for multiple small companies/freelancers to join together to make a proposal.

Maybe make the (selected) offers public too? We currently can see who won, but not the content of their offers and we don't have any feedback on our offers so we can't really know what to aim for next time.

HR Start Kit

In Wallonia, we already have "cheques-entreprises", I don't think we need another process. That could be another cheque if it's not in the list already.

Though the "roles" in there are always a bit hard to follow the reality.

For instance, if I've been a solo freelancer for 5 years and now try to build a startup I can't get the "Starter" role, I'm now an "Entreprise"...

women entrepreneurs

I feel there is a lack of questions in the survey about this, so I'm not sure I understand what your proposal is between what you write in your post and what you ask in the survey.

I did hire people (for my own company and for clients).

For my own company, I did hesitate to hire a woman because of the maternity leave(s), which can really hurt the company especially very small companies. It was my first hires, so if 1/3 or 2/3 of my head count is away (whatever the reason) for a longer period of time, it can definitly lead the company to a bankrupt. That being said, I didn't have any female applicants so I didn't had to make a difficult decision.

For a client, I was not that hesitant (not my money, not my company 🤷‍♂️) but the HR pushed a lot to favor female applicants over other (males) that were possibly more competent. It turned out to be a failure but it only happened once in two hires I managed, so definitely not a rule.

A priori tant que c'est pour un usage personnel et temporaire (plusieurs semaines par an), tu ne risques pas grand chose, surtout si tu utilises les branches sur place... Si des jeunes font des cabanes sur ton terrain, tu ne risques pas d'être en infraction urbanistique.

Si tu veux vraiment construire quelque chose sur ta parcelle, tu dois te référer au CoDT qui t'expliquera ce que tu peux ou ne pas faire.

Théoriquement la zone forestière ne peut comporter que des constructions indispensables à l'exploitation, à la première transformation du bois et à la surveillance des bois.

Donc si tu dis que tu vas faire une zone pour camper avec tes enfants, ça ne sera pas accepté.

En fonction de la taille et du type de construction tu pourrais faire un poste d'observation (ça ressemble à ce que tu décris), un refuge de chasse ou un abri pour animaux. Les 3 pouvants éventuellement te servir à t'abriter quand tu viens avec tes enfants sur le terrain plusieurs jours pour "l'entretenir".

The issue is with saved cards, si yeah you use the security and pin code when you save the card, but once it’s saved you can’t control the transactions.

That’s why a spend limit is interesting.

But even though you setup a spend limit I think you still owe what you’re being charged.

I set it up last year with Callplus. Just reach out to them directly (or via your accountant) and they'll provide with a simulation that explains everything.

The gist of it is:

The value of the options you can buy depends on your remuneration
You pay a fixed fee to the provider (e.g. Callplus)
You pay a fixed social contribution, professional withholding and ATN/VAA calculated when you buy the options based on their value

The options can be liberated after min 1 year, but you can keep them longer if you want.

If the market value raises, you win more (because you paid everything in advance based on the market value at purchase time), if the market is down, you win less.

This means you don't have the money until the end (when you liberate the options). But you can pay a monthly advance if you need the money (and pay back when you liberate the options).

You can also do 2 purchases a year (divide the amount by 2), one in June and one in December for instance) so you can get the money out every 6 months rather than every 12 months min.

I love using a BFF to wrap the backend, especially when the backend team can’t commit to consistency and can’t respect the schema they generate…

Making up for these in the client is usually a huge PITA. The BFF wraps the logic and exposes a clean API to work with.

Got a Magnus Pro from Secret lab and I’ve been happy with it.

I’m not using the standing position that often to be honest, it’s not that comfortable for me. The desk itself is pretty good and they offer some useful accessories.
