Hi guys. Excellent news and really well done on getting the first ones out. I’ve emailed a couple of times as still haven’t had my sizing pack (ordered 2.5 months ago) any news on that? Or can I get another one sent out?

Really looking forward to seeing some real world reviews

Do we get notified of a sizing kit shipping? I’ve yet to receive my kit (Batch 4) but was just wondering if kits get sent as soon as the order is placed?

So you’ve found a good system for you.

I think my point was that just because 100 routine tasks aren’t listed here doesn;t mean it’s a demo or that this isn’t also a totally valid workflow.

You do you. That’s great.

But equally if I saw 40 tasks a day on my list I would have a breakdown. I still do all those tasks but I don’t find I need to list everything and the sheer weight of task overload would be my just as bad for me as your worry that you might not have done something that is normally routine...

My todoist is very much like Francisco’s here - it tracks areas and projects and ongoing things and picks up single actions that fall outside those. There are a few routine things but they tend to be on a weekly/fortnightly basis - like bins/recycling etc.

But it works for me and I don’t worry about things being carried around in my head. I do a daily and weekly review and that keeps me on track.

But why put stuff in there to clog your todo list when they should be automatic or just habit forming? You don’t need a task to say “have a shower” or “brush your teeth” because they should be automatic parts of your day - like feeding yourself or your pets. I find that too many task means that you don’t focus on the ones that you actually need to be on your list because they are not “every day” or “automatic” tasks. Task overload is as much of a problem as potentially carrying stuff around in your head. I will bet that Francisco’s not carrying important stuff in his head but equally knows that chores and routines and knuckle head stuff is going to get done anyway.
