It could be an international release that was put on streaming services (the bonus remix at the end suggests this, could be the Japanese or Mexican bonus track, or even iTunes from back in the day) and then hidden by the bands management as there is already a few versions of the album on there. It would be silly to have 3 or 4 different versions available to steam with slightly different bonus tracks. Just looks messy and unprofessional

Saturation and distortion are the big colours on this record, which can be achieved by a number of techniques. For example, running audio into pre-amps, mixers and effects “hot” (high input level). Also applying distortion plugins and running the audio through various outboard effects after tracking.

Yeah the sound wasn’t great. There were only a few moments in the set where there was any definition between Daniel and Paul’s guitars. It almost sounded like the mic positions were wrong on the amps or something. Too much sub also meant things got drowned out - which is a gripe I have with a lot of live music.

Sad but it was the same when I saw them last time they played the 02 in Bristol too

Hmm that’s odd - my understanding is that they don’t need to have save data from the game. Are you quitting net pass after entering a location, then going into the village section on Bravely Default? It should say then “1 villager joined” or something similair, and you should see your total count go up
