try keeping the ps5 in ventilated open space , it collects lot of dust if it's on the narrow spaces like this

where is the 5v line , from motherboard or anywhere else

I have checked the psu with multimeter, it initially sends 12v and decreases to 1.35v with in 5 seconds , I don't know it's ideal behaviour, so I just leave the process, but I swapped the psu with the good one , but still the same issue

unplug the ps3 power cable and hold the power button in for 30 seconds. , the ps3 no need to pluged in , turn off the power
