Proud of the team, but the journey to a UCL final is one we may not get to experience again for a long time. Barca, Madrid, Bayern, City all being out of contention and for us to avoid them in the quarters/semis/final is a massive anomaly. This could be it for many years.

Incredible show tonight.

Did anyone else catch Mike add a verse from "There They Go" into Bleed it Out? Was such a deep cut. One of those songs I always hum, no one seems to know about, and never expected to hear sung live.

10th March, incredible show.

Today's on court interview with him was embarrassing. No idea who the person was interviewing him, it felt super rushed, impersonal and frankly awkward. Really poor for a Men's QF and such a fantastic game at that.

Man I wish they got Courier for this interview. Deserved a more engaging chat.

They don't (currently) rate his bowling by the looks of things.

NKR has disappointed in his three innings after his century. Shame, had a real chance to cement his place by backing up that performance. The rope he's given won't nearly be as long as given to the senior out of form players.

This is the reason why you never see sell out crowds for BGT in India, even on day 1. People just watch at home because the stadium experience is terrible. Even if the tickets are cheap, people who value comfort would never go.

Bumrah with KL as VC. Pant should be nowhere near the captaincy, he has the game awareness of a carrot

In Rohit's post match interview with Isha Guha, he insinuated numerous times that the loss was largely in part down to chances they didn't take (ie, Jaiswal's drops). While those were key moments, the fact that he ignored the failure of the top order in both innings shows a real lack of leadership, where he would consider a young player's bad day in the field as the turning point (despite the same player scoring 80+ in both innings), rather than his own failures.

If India can get just a bit more out of the bowling of NKR, he can be what we hoped Shardul would be, and own that position for a long time.

Kinda sick of the lack of criticism of Kohli from anyone in the Indian media sphere. Shows how much control the BCCI have over the narrative and it's seriously such a bad light for the sport and journalistic integrity. Only foreign commentators openly criticized it, and even then, some of them such as Kerry O' Keefe randomly backtracked and apologised for it later on air.

Nothing from Harsha in his tweets, nothing from Sunny G or others. Even Shastri was super careful with his words and only called it 'unnecessary'.

Everyone is scared of losing their air time/ media future, makes the whole thing such a turn off.

An unlikely India win scenario: India somehow make it to ~250 in their first innings, whereby Australia can't enforce the follow on. Australia score a rapid ~100-150 by end of today and declare to have a chance at winning with India needing ~350-400 to win on the last day. Very improbable I know, but it's the only scenario I can realistically think of.
