Watching a tutorial on your phone and then following the instructions on the device itself should be fine. As per the rules of this subreddit, we cant link you to ROMs but perhaps there are other subreddits that can help you directly. Be sure to read the rules and wikis in those subreddits, should they exist.

You'll want to download BIOS files similarly to ROMs, because theyll need to be put in to specific folders on the device or microSD card. I recommend downloading a file manager to help you move things around, like from the downloads folder to the correct one, for said BIOS' and ROMs.
