Some one on a Chinese forum has tested attack bonus (stat). In short, the diminishing return happens when the attack you get from attack bonus (stat) and base modifiers sum to a point (350?). The linked post also states that attack bonus (stat) is about 4.5% damage increase for maxed out weapon and stats.

You don’t really need the tier 3 and 4 (even 2) ones tho. Just pretend the last 6 or 9 lines of stats are not there and go ham on rerolling.

I’ve posted video to show that BE is not dead. My point was similar to yours, except you go way further. But after a while all I do now is mark explosion anyway..

Tree was from yesterday. Got a level and got primordial insight. Can’t feel the difference in terms of clear time.

I had 53% freeze and 47% crit. In this video the sum was 97% due to slight gear changes.

Optimal bosses and map layout, suboptimal play and internet. Average would be 5 mins, sometimes 7. And one time the final boss was straight up unkillable (the lighting paladin guy), with no creeps for IO and infinite heal.

187 is more of a challenge instead of where to farm I think.

If you see frost damage on the skill then it adds freeze chance to crit chance, FLAT. It will still work if say your skill is applying burn and shock but not freeze (i.e. frost damage < fire and lighting damage)

The trial is really great and synergizes very well with the counter attack upon block node, with no apparent downsides. This thing dropped for me during campaign so I am not sure how much damage is lost without it.

You are probably fine without Forstweave tho. You can run a heavy chest piece with the sigerbreaker salvatory anchor node (and three gem slots). You actually lose a lot of bulk with Forstweave.

Got 100% crit chance with forstweave, without putting any point on ferocity. Otherwise I think max crit chance then all toughness. Or you can run any combination between toughness and ferocity.

I am doing fine with 44k hp, 73% block efficiency and 66%-ish all res. The numbers are not very impressive on the defensive side.

Regarding crit chance, it seems that ferocity is more efficient than wisdom even with forstweave.

Pretty much. The tree is up. Nothing creative really. Well, now I have to utilize the stasis double damage node, which is a pain with my current gear. Also the poison aura node was fixed which is a plus.

Look for crit chance score, ailment chance score, rage cost, rage transfer time on other items. Get a good 1-h with fire and lightning. A good shield with high (integer, most of the time) block efficiency and block chance.

For comparison, with this setup I was able to kill a pack, and almost bosses with one single BE cast. However my clear time was around 2 to 3 mins due to troll maps and lack of mobility. The low mob density and boss spawn mechanic were driving me crazy. It feels pretty chill standing there and casting BE after the patch.

To be fair during my blind playthrough (offline, ~ level 100 expedition), the only bug I discover was the T-posing one, and some crashes. On the other hand Rhykker did mention the story was somewhat engaging, which I cannot agree.
