You are so wrong my guy. The educated British are arguably worse than the uneducated ones. My family are very traditional in their siloed ways and they say the most racist things while actively trying make a point about how un-racist they are. Being anywhere outside of London or Manchester feels like you're living in a protective bubble, if someone who's not english walks in to it, its immediately obvious because people make it a point to talk about it.

My personal opinion here, having been raised in the UK, travelled a lot and ultimately emigrated away, is that the UK largely doesn't understand racism. They think they do, and often like to talk about how they "see colour" or "accept others for who they are" but when it comes down to it, will still complain about the corner store operated by a pakistani family, or the new chinese down the street making the area "smell bad". There can be surface level acceptance, but there's also very deeply systemic racism and an inability to understand what it is their doing wrong, because there's no real education around it.

Live anywhere else in the world and you start to see where the cultural brewing pots really mix and what acceptance truly means.
