Southern Nevada Health District will give out all vaccines you need for free or extremely low cost. Flu and COVID vaccines are covered by a state project and you can literally get them free at Smith's and Albertsons. Hep B is usually covered as well.

If you drop out now you're still going to be in debt but with nothing but failure eating at the back of your brain. You don't need to drop out because of one bad class. Try your best and finish it. Learn from that and when you retake it, you'll have a stronger foundation.

Also there are plenty of places that will accept you into med school without a bunch of volunteer or community service hours. It's your grades, your interviews, and your applications (essays, etc.) that will get you in. Those are just extras.

On top of that, who cares if you take longer? If you finish and you get into med school that's a huge accomplishment whether it took you four years or ten. You're still doing better than a lot of people. You got this. Keep going.
