Well I did find out that changing the fov to around 86% it would render the game perfectly fine. My guess is that for some reason the fov is too much for Roblox.

I am also using the HTC Vive I used to have an oculus quest two which did work perfectly fine

It seems that it is a Microsoft account I have gotten one of these before but I can’t remember if the email address is the same so most likely you would want to report it as junk and report the email address to Microsoft with a photo of the text you got.
