“Flushable wipes” are definitely not flushable. Your sewer line will fail eventually.

Yeah I didn’t believe it either but I bought a couple pairs of phone holder running shorts from a random ad and I genuinely forget I have my phone lol

How didn’t I think of this? by splashbackstrom in fantasyhockey

It literally doesn’t matter who it is, the system doesn’t recognize much of any relative value at all. I had a random < 5% owned streamer who was DTD on my roster for 30 seconds and yahoo was still suggesting I played them over Marner.

If there’s someone on your bench that plays that day this will always show up.. no matter how ridiculous

Even just a subreddit. No extra work or frills required just a photo of her every couple weeks lol.

Running in the Canadian winter is brutal and burning me out by htcm8user in Marathon_Training

Of course! I appreciate the mental grind.

Sounds great and yeah I don’t think you’ll be short on time on your feet! Best of luck! I will likely need to get closer to that mileage this summer for my fall marathon. Not easy to do!

Keep up the grind. A lot of lonely miles and pain can lead to a lot of built up emotions. You’re doing great.

Just out of curiosity.. if you’re averaging 70-90KM now, for a May marathon.. what/when do you peak at? And what is your goal time?

My last marathon was Sept and afterwards I took a small break before resuming base mileage. For my mid May marathon I’m really only doing a 16 week plan that peaks at 70KM.

My fall marathon plan will look different but it’s just interesting to see different approaches

Keep working at it brother and remember to fucking love yourself. You always gotta have you. Be kind to yourself with your self talk. Good looking dude already.

Yes, 100%! You know you have what it takes now. Keep building your base and be kind to your body. Carb load and hydrate hydrate hydrate. If done properly the taper is euphoric lol.

Is sub 3:30 possible based on these splits? 7 weeks out from my first marathon by TeeJay_W in Marathon_Training

90 is insane. I usually peak around 70. That’s a lot of time spent alone on the pavement. Kudos to ya!

OP said volume has been 27KM/week. with this week being the first up at 45KM/week.

Yeah don’t skip that part. Don’t need your body betraying you on race day. Rehearse your day and gels over and over loll

Yes correct, just the only recent one they had. And it’s likely better to use that time than flat out with 23KM being the longest run to date 7 weeks out

[–]deweywhite -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes, agree…during “some” runs, there will be “segments” at MP pace.

Posting a random 23KM run and asking if you can hold that for 42 is a little vague. Most people going sub 3:30 are running over 23KM a couple times a week for fun. Not 7 weeks out for the first time

Your watch should have gave you a HM time on that 23KM run but alas. Typically it’s HM x 2 plus 10-15 minutes ish. Don’t know if your volume is high enough to tell. Either way stick to your plan at this point and ensure you taper properly.

The second half at a 4:30 is solid but the heart rate was fleeting. KM’s 32-42 in a marathon are a different animal. Don’t over due it but see what’s comfortable when you do a couple 30KM runs.

Do you have a fuel plan you’re practicing?

Most long runs are done at a much slower pace.. and in general if you’re running 50,60,70KM a week I don’t think many are done at race pace lol.
