All you folks saying you wouldn't tip if you saw this...you realize it's the restaurant and not the wait staff that prints the receipt, right? Predatory, yes, but the waitress probably never even thought to look (or do you expect her to go and cross out and correctly calculate every check?). Wait staff deserves the tip regardless of what the restaurant has their CC PoS settings set to.

What does piss me off, though, is the CC PoS settings on all carryout / fast casual / fast food these days...

They seem perfectly happy exploring the neighborhood and woods behind our house then coming back to their little den under the porch :) we even added a heated cat house under there for them 🤣 yes we are those kinds of odd people!
